ADMIRAL KING TO COMMAND?

The "Herald Tribune's" Washington correspondent says the War Council tonight discussed problems of the highest importance in the presence of Mr. Churchill and Mr. Roosevelt. The correspondent tays there are indications that "talks of assembling one of the greatest coalitions the world has ever seen received the final touches."
Admiral E. J. King, commander cf the United States combined fleets, for the first time participated in the War Council tonight, and informed quaru-rs hint that the Council considered appointing him commander of the unified Allied naval operations in the Pacific.
