J. C. Williamson's spectacular pantomime "Aladdin" or "The Wonderful Lamp," will be staged at the Opera House for a brief season, with 'dailymatinees, beginning on Monday, January 12. There are twenty-three scenes in "Aladdin." few of which are drops, and with qhild and adult ballets, the cast numbers over 100. The latest and up-to-date version of "Aladdin" is full of life and fun, all of it clean and wholesome, and to an extent this is responsible for the sensational success it is achieving in New Zealand. "Aladdin" contains every form -of entertainment for grown-ups and.it cannot fail to be greatly appreciated by children. The box plans will; open at the D.I.C. on Thursday morning next.
