JAPAN STILL ACTIVE
SPECIAL CONFERENCE
LONDON, November .23,
While Mr. Saburo Kurusu continued his talks in Washington, Japan has been carrying on with her warlike preparations at home.
The Domei news agency says that a conference of the Japanese Government is to be held in Tokio tomorrow to consider the strengthening of the national mobilisation structure.
The Prime Minister, General Tojo, is expected to address the meeting.
Mr. Cordell Hull had a threehour talk with Mr. Kurusu and Admiral Nomura at his home last night.
