NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER."\TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special 'JIN, Meeting of the, Wellington City Council held on Wednesday, November 12, 1941, the following resolution was passed, viz.: — The Wellington City Council hereby makes by Special Order the following Bylaw under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act 1933 and the Meat Act 1939= and all other Acts powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The Short Title of this .Bylaw is "The Wellington City Consolidated Bylaw Amendment No. 28 '(Abattoir) 1941." The object or purport of the Bylaw is to increase the inspection fee payable for every head of pigs from 4d to sd.
