SOCIETY'S NEW NAME
"The Wellington Acclimatisation Society decided last night to change its name to "The Wellington Wilts Life Control and Acclimatisation Society." The president, Mr. L. O. H. Tripp, said that in the first place acclimatisation societies were really acclimatisation societies, but as time went on they had done much more than acclimatisation work, particularly in connection with wild life control.
