TRAVELLERS' STREET DAY
On Friday, November 28, the Wellington Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Association will hold its annual street day. Since the association inaugurated this annual.appeal, it has distributed as a result the following amounts:—Children's Christmas cheer, £10,513; C.T. and W..Blind Soldiers' Fund (1914-18), £2550; literature for blind, £100; Wellington Provincial Patriotic Council, £200; total, £13.363. This year art union tickets will as usual be sold in the city and suburbs to raise funds for the following purposes:—so per cent. Christmas cheer for children in homes and orphanages; 25 per cent, for the Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Blind Soldiers' and Sailors' Fund (1914-18), 25 per cent, for the Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Blind Soldiers' and Sailors' Fund (No. 2).
