SECURITY LOAN IN EIRE
DUBLIN, October 30,
The Minister of Finance, Mr. Kelly, told the Dail that a new security loan of £8,000,000 is being raised to meet abnormal defence expenditure, finance scheme for the production of food, peat, and fuel, and also to provide capital for shipping.
