AWAY FROM HIS HORSE
For being away from his horse hi Washington Avenue, "so as to be unable to have full control thereof," Henry Edwards Parker, a former milk roundsman, was lined £1 by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. He pleaded guilty.
On September 19, said Sub-Inspector G. H. Lambert, Parker, who was then employed by the City Council, left his horse, which was attached to the cart, unattended in Washington Avenue. The weather was bad, and Parker was not well and was wet. through. He rang his employers and told them that he had left the job and where the horse and cart were. The cart was not taken over by another man for an hour and a quarter. ~..•■'" v
