FAILURE TO REGISTER
• Mathew -Richmond Wilson, a young man who was stated to have been arrested while sleeping out in the bush behind Eastbourne, appeared before Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., in the ■Petone Court yesterday on two charges of theft, wilfully breaking a window, and 'failing to register for military - service. On the first charge of theft he was sentenced to 14 ..days', imprisonment, and on the charge of failing to regis.ter_ to. one._ month's imprisonment, the sentences to be cumulative. On the other charges he was convicted and discharged.
