RUSSIAN REFUGEES

ARRIVAL IN TURKEY IN

NAVAL VESSELS

RUGBY, October 25,

The Istanbul correspondent of "The Times" says that a considerable number of Russian naval craft, especially of small tonnage, are arriving in Turkish ports on the Black Sea with refugees from Russian ports which the Germans have occupied. The Turks have instructed the port authorities to intern the ships.

The correspondent does not indicate the reason why the Russian ships went to Turkey instead of to Russian ports. —8.0. W.
