DOCTOR AND WORKING MAN
"The working man comprises threequarters of the practice of the average doctor." said Sir James Elliott in an address at the Civic Theatre, Christchurch. on Friday, reports the "Press." "A large number of doctors spring from the homes of working men. We get more sense out of the working man than out of most other sections of the community. A working man^s best friend is his doctor. Working men have had free treatment in the past from doctors, treatment exactly the same as they would have had if they had been millionaires."
