NEW CANADIAN NAVAL BASE
OTTAWA, October 4. It is announced that the Canadian Government will- soon start construction of. a new naval base at Shelburne. Nova Scotia, which was used as a base by the United States Atlantic Squadron soon after the United States entered the first World War. \
