HIMMLER AS SUBSTITUTE FOR VON NEURATH
LONDON, October 5. The Moscow radio stated that .the vacancy caused by Hitler's dismissal of Baron von Neurath from the inner council, of which he was president, has been filled by the appointment of Herr Himmler, the police chief.
