EMBASSIES' NEWS BULLETINS
(Rec. 9 a.m.) TOKIO, October 5. The Tokio bureau of the Associated Press reports that although the Japanese authorities have asked the foreign Embassies to refrain from mailing news bulletins, the.British Embassy intends to continue circulation of its daily summary of the war news by private messenger. The Russian Embassy said that it intended to continue to mail bulletins. The "New York Herald Tribune's'* Tokio correspondent says that Japan has broken off diplomatic relations with the Polish Government in London. • '
