RUGBY, October 4. Mr. Winston Churchill has sent the following message to the Minister of Aircraft Production, Lieut.-Colonel J. Moore-Brabazon:—"l should like you to convey to all those working on aircraft production in all its branches my thanks and congratulations oh last month's record output. . -_ ■ "Never has need been more important for both ourselves and our Russian ally.
