NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUE
BRITAIN & GERMANY
LONDON, October 5. Negotiations are still going on between the British and German Governments about the proposed exchange of sick and wounded prisoners of war and some civilians. The latest reports indicate that even if all outstanding points are settled, it will not be possible to put the plan into operation*until tomorrow night.
