Pleading guilty in the Magistrate's Court today to stealing from Winifred L. Baker the sum of £10, Frederick Cairns Lee, aged 21, a salesman, was convicted by Mr. J. L. Stout. S.M., and ordered to come up" for sentence if called upon within- six months, a condition being, that he makes restitution within a fortnight of £9 not recovered.

He was ordered to make good the damage on a charge of breaking two panes of glass and a leadlight, valued at £6, the property of Clara Hallam. He pleaded guilty.
