FINLAND'S ATTITUDE
NO SEPARATE ARMISTICE
WITH RUSSIA
LONDON, October 3. According to a report from Sweden, M. Tanner, the Finnish Minister of Industries and Commerce, declared on arrival in Stockholm yesterday that there would be no separate Finnish | armistice with Russia.
