BIBLE TRUTH i "Thou Shalt bring forth a son, and shalt call his name jesus. he shall be great, and shall be Called the son of • the , highest, and the lord shall give unto him the throne of his father david; and he shall reign over the house of jacob for ever; and of his klvgdom these shall be , NO END." (The "Angel Gabriel to Mary— ' Luke 1:31-33.) The words "Throne," "Reign," and "Kingdom" in this definite promise to the Mother of Jesus Christ prove that Christ was born to be a King. The Holy Scriptures clearly reveal that this promise will be literally fulfilled at the literal 'and personal return of Jesus Christ to earth, when, , (1) The ancient throne or Kingdom of David will be literally restored in Jerusalem, where Christ will literally reign (Acts 1:16,. Ezek. 21:27. Anios 9:11, Zech. 2:12, Zech. 8:3, Matt. 23:37-39, Jer. 3:17, Isa. 24:23, Matt. fi:3s). ~..>. (2) "The House" of Jacob" (the twelve tribes of Israel) will be literally regathered to "their own land" where Christ (their Messiah) will literally reign over them. (Ezek. 37:21-28, Gen. 15:18, Ezek. 36:24-38, Jer. 32:37-41, Hosea 3:4-5, Matt. 2:1-6, Matt. 19:28). (3) Christ's Kingdom* will be extended to embrace all lands and 'peoples of, the earth —it will become a literal universal Kingdom. (Rev. 11:15, Acts 17:31, ■Phil; 2:9^11, Zech. 9:9-10, Zech. 14:9, Dan. 7:14, Jer. 23:5.) The Scriptures reveal that you cannot be saved unless you believe this "Gospel of the Kingdom of God." (Matt. 9.-35, Mark 10:15, Mark 16:16.) For further enlightenment relating thereto you should read the book - ■. '"CHRISTfcNDOM. ASTRAY." Fifteen, twenty/forty, sixty years? Lived through great awakenings, lived through domestic sorrow, lived through commercial calamity, lived through providential crises that startled nations —and you are living yet, a stranger to God, anil with no hope for thß great Eternity into which you may be precipitated at any moment. "I want you to know that God sometimes changes His gait, and instead of a deliberate tread, He is the Swift Witness, and sometimes the enemies of God are suddenly destroyed, n..J that without remedy. "There is certainly judgment coming for unregenerate men and women. Jesus Christ can be your only refuge. Do you really belong to Him now? If not, why not?" Tests in Trams Mission, G.P.O.
