THEFT OF GLASSES
Charged with the theft of glasses from a Petone hotel, Leonard Chas. Battcock and Jas. Ross McKay were each fined £2 10s at the Petone Court on Wednesday by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M. A request for the suppression of the name of one of the accused was refused, and Mr. Goulding reminded him that he was liable to imprisonment on the charge.
