(Rec. 1.10 p,m.) LONDON, Sept. 29,
A German communique states: "German and Italian troops outflanked and destroyed three Soviet divisions northeast of Dnepropetrovsk and captured 13,000 prisoners. The enemy were caught in a swampy district and suffered heavy and bloody losses."
