PETROL CUTS
RESTORATION SOUGHT
(P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 26. Restoration of the last two petrol cuts, bringing the allowance to five coupons for two months, is to be sought by the South Island Motor Union, according to a unanimous resolution adopted at the annual meeting of the union. The resolution was adopted after a long discussion in committee on petrol rationing and on the motion of the president, Mr. W. R. Carey, Canterbury. r- .P .'
