RESERVE BANK

DIRECTORS REAPPOINTED

The reappointment of Messrs. George Lawn and Mark Silverstone as directors of the Reserve Bank was announced last night by the Minister of Finance (Mr. Nash). Their terms of office recently expired.

"No change in the management of the Bank is proposed," said Mr. Nash, when he was asked if a Governor was to be appointed. Mr. W. F. L. Ward is the Acting Governor.

The other members of the directorate are Messrs. E. C. Fussell (Deputy Governor), B. C. Ash win (Secretary to Treasury),, and J. G. Duncan.
