N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS
N.Z. Forest Products, Ltd., Auckland, reports for the year ended March 31, 1941, forests well maintained and free from fire. Manufacturing units established include insulating wall boa rd mill, sand mill, case mill, and preservation plant. These were expected to be in production by September this year. Sawmill at Pinedale already in production. Orders for insulating board already received in considerable volume. Messrs. R. G. Buckleton and S. J. '"fcGibbon, retiring directors, offer themselves for re-election. The balancesheet shows paid-up capital £5,861,286. assets consisting of land, forests, and buildings are £5,245,144; plant and mill buildings £195,481; loans to subsidiary companies £33,933; debtors £14,163; investments and mortgages £722,983. .
