MISSIONARIES WELCOMED
A welcome home was tendered to Mr. and m& Noel Hunt> of the Egypt General Mission, at the Miramar Baptist church recently. The Rev. R. L. Fursdon presided. Speeches of welcome were delivered by the Rev. P. F Lanyon, general secretary of the Baptist Union> a nd by Dr. J. M. Laird, on beha]f of the Wellington Missionary Society . In replying to the welcomej Mr and j^.. Hunt ke of their work at Bnbei _ in Egypt and of the frequent bombing attacks to which they were subjected. They expressed their thankg to all who had supported them on the mission field with their prayers and iffe The Miramar Baptist Church Choi under thg conductorship of Mr Wesney rendered sacred music.
