The Public are. warned that the syrens of the industrial concerns in the Borough will eive the "warning signal" at ,1.30' p.m. sharp and the "all clear" signal at 3.30 p.m. Also that an aeroplane will be operating overhead shortly after 1.30 p.m. Movement towards any allotted position must not be made before the warning signal Is sounded.
