OTTAWA, September 23,
The Minister of National Service and War Service, Mr. J. T. Thorsen in a speech, said the Canadian active army totalled 320,000, and that this included 10,000 United States citizens.
In addition, Americans formed 8 per cent, of the Canadian personnel o£ the Empire air schema.
