LONDON, September 24.
French people who help British airmen will be shot on,the spot, according to a broadcast by the German military commander in ' occupied France. French women who help British airmen will be sentenced, to imprisonment.
A large reward is offered to French people who capture British aeroplane crews and parachutists.
