Howell,- to sell by public auction a number of sections situated at the above address. The auction sale Is unique because the freehold of some of the sections will be offered and the leasehold of the balance will be offered. The terms of the freehold sections will be easy, namely £25 deposit, on fall of hammer, plus stamp duty, £1 per month off the principal, and the balance of unpaid purchase money to remain on mortgage for 5 years at 5 per cent. Interest calculated on quarterly rests. The leasehold sections will sell on a 21 years' lease, renewable every 21 years at valuation. This means that for a very small amount you can secure a section for all time. You can build, sell, and trade the lease and enjoy all the benefits of the freehold.
