REMEDIAL STEPS
IRANIAN ORGANISATION
LONDON, September 14.
A correspondent in Teheran says there are developments in the country today which would have 'been utterly impossible some time ago.
The chief subject of discussion is the possibility of deputies taking a greater share of the rights they enjoy under the Constitution. The occupation and the steps that have followed have shpwn up certain defects in the country's organisation, and a special commission of deputies is going to ask for remedies.
The correspondent describes the 8.8.C. broadcasts in Persian as electrifying, and says the newspapers do not reflect the country's position.
It is reported that the clear-out of German tourists and technicians continues. The British and Russian authorities are insisting that some 400 Germans who probably hid in the Legation must be handed over. The Axis and pro-Axis Legation.staffs have been ordered to leave on Tuesday.
