(Rec. 1.45 p.m.) RUGBY, August 27. A Cairo headquarters communique says: "As a result of the activity of our patrols in the frontier area, the enemy has opened up artillery fire There is no change at Tobruk. "In the Wolchefit area, a small detachment, co-operating with Ethiopian patrols, successfully attacked an enemy fort, capturing seven Italians and several machine-guns."—B.O.W.
