THE PRIME MINISTER

(Rec. 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 25. The New Zealand Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) arrived at Baltimore this afternoon He is due in Washington late tonight, and is scheduled to see Mr. Cordell Hull, Secretary of State, at 11 a.m. o» Tuesday, and President Roosevelt at noon. He will hold a Press conference at 3 p.m. Mr. Fraser will go to New York on August 27, and thence to Canada. He will probably leave the West Coast for home early in September.
