SOUTH AFRICAN GIFT
(Rec. 1 p.m.) RUGBY, August 20. The wife of the High Commissioner for South Africa was greeted by a guard of honour of South African sailors when she presented to Chatham a mobile canteen given by the Johannesburg Home Comforts Fund. She said the gift was one of admiration and respect for the British people from the people of the Union.—B.O.W.
