MR. JULIUS YON HAAST

Mr. Julius yon Haast. youngest. son of the late Sir Julius yon Haast and brother of Mr. H. F. yon Haast. Wellington, died in Wanganui last week. Mr yon Haast was a notable lover and connoisseur df art.', who had travelled extensively. He lived for some time in Canada, and also in India,.but was compelled to leave the latter country on account of his health. In later years he suffered from asthma, yet possessed a bright, genial disposition. He leaves a widow. There is no family.
