At the Paramount Theatre tomorrow night an attractive programme will be presented. "Long Shot" is a stirnng racing drama wfth a theme which grips the audience and provides many thrills. The famous racecourse of Santa Anita is the scene of the con. test for the world's richest purse, and here Jeff Clayton, the young owner of Certified Check, after facing misery and financial ruin, is enabled to overcome his difficulties.. In the cast are Gordon Jones, Mama Hunt, Harry Davenport, Henry Gordon, George Stone, and Tom Kennedy. The entertainment is presented by the Wellington Musical Benefit Society, proceeds being devoted to the funds of the society. Reserves can be obtained by telephoning the Paramount Theatre (51-842) after 7 p.m. tomorrow.
