NEW SHIPPING ORDER

RUGBY. August 13.

The, Ministry of Economic Warfare has given notice that any vessel carrying goods destined fo- Europe for transhipment on t-: c, ships will be liable to be placed 0., statutory list of ships. This order is complementary to one of June 16, which provided that ships taking cargoes off enemy ships for transhipment to South American ports we're liable to be placed on the statutory list.

The placing of a ship on this list means that it is regarded as an enemy ship liable to seizure as a prize.— 8.0. W.
