RAID ON MOSCOW

(Rec. 1.50 p.m.) RUGBY, August 12. The verified figure of German planes brought down during the German air raid on Moscow on the night of August 10 is not five, as previously stated, but six. Soviet aircraft attacked Berlin on the night of August 10 and dropped incendiaries and high explosives. Huge fires and explosions resulted. All the Soviet planes but one returned safely. This was the third Russian raid on i Berlin.—B.O.W.
