The London Stock Exchange savings group has passed the £8,000,000 mark —the cost of a battleship—in its summer savings campaign, i The group is now trying to raise by September 30 the cost of an aircraftcarrier, a cruiser, a large destroyer, a submarine, a corvette, a motor torpedoboat, an anti-submarine boat, a bomber, and a medium tank.—B.O.W.
