RUSSO-AMERICAN TRADE
AGREEMENT
LONDON, August 4,
A report from Washington says that the United States and Russia have exchanged Notes extending the present commercial agreement for one year. The United States has pledged full economic assistance to Russia and priority in the. delivery of essential war material.
