LONDON, July 8.
The Japanese Cabinet met today, and after the meeting- it was announced that owing to the growing' tension of the international situation'the Budget for the next financial year would provide only for items indispensable to the national policy.
The Japanese Information Board has announced that all Japanese shipping is to be concentrated in the Pacific.
