CANADA'S AIR MINISTER

RUGBY, July 1

The arrival of Canada's Air Minister, Mr. C. G. Power, was announced today. He flew across the Atlantic in an American-built Liberator. While here he expects to be occupied with settling problems connected with the Empire air training scheme. Mr. Power stated that the scheme is -well ahead of schedule, bat, though Canada could see reserves of trainees for some time, some arrangements had to be made fof the transference from this country to Canada of personnel for training.—B.O.W.
