D. G. Parris writes:"! was reported in your issue of the 17th inst. as having stated,' in my appeal against military service, that *I had never boxed on Friday or Saturday nights. The Sabbath Seventh Day Adventists observe is from sunset Friday until'the same time Saturday. I have boxed on Saturday but only after sunset. This explanation I believe to be necessary in order that none -will- doubt. my.; integrity,"
