Notwithstanding the many away on active service a comparatively good season had been experienced. Members serving overseas had been remembered by the dispatch of parcels from the club. Mr. Kenney presented trophies to Mrs. V. Pointon and Miss E. Flux, Mrs. Pointon and Mr. K. Hunt, Miss- F. Evans and Messrs. J. Kyle, L. Prichard, and W. Jowett. Mr. Kenney made a presentation on behalf of the club to Mr. and Mrs. Jim Lambourne, two club members who were recently married. St. Mary's Guild Meets. Mrs. H. St. Barbe Holland was in the chair for the annual meeting on Thursday of St. Mary's Guild. Mrs. Sprott and other life vice-presidents of the homes were also present.
