CONCERT AT FORT DORSET
Miss Esme Crow and her concert party gave the men at Fort Dorset another enjoyable evening's entertainment recently, every available seat and space in the hut being occupied. Further new thumbnail sketches were introduced, and together with tap-danc-ing, songs, instrumental items, and a demonstration of ventriloquism, gave the show a real vaudeville atmosphere.
Those contributing to the programme were Misses Esme Crow, Hazel Martin, G. and V. England, D. Wyatt, D. Smith. Mesdames Turner-Cottier and M. Newman, and Messrs. P. Cousins, R. Tur-ner-Cottier.. A. McNair, H. Woolcott. I. Dentice, and L. Mcllvride. Mr. Claude Sander was the accompanist The party was afterwards entertained to supper in the officers' mess. Thanks were accorded to Mr. Curtis for the loan of his car.
