PRIORITIES FOR STEEL
NEW YORK, May 29
The "New York Times" says that, faced with a prospective shortage of steel, Mr. Edward Stettinius, priorities director for the Office of Production Management, signed a general preference order designed to give defence and essential civilian needs first call on all kinds of steel.—U.P.A.
