THE CITY MEMBERS
The recounting of votes cast for the four city members of the Harbour Board was completed today. There are no changes of any moment in the final figures, which were announced by thf Returning Officer, Mr. J. Norrie, is follows:— Norwood, Charles John Boyd 19,005 Appleton, Will 18.874 Fraser, Malcolm 17,690 Nathan, Hubert Louis 16,820 The above are elected. McKeen, Robert 12,359 Chapman, Charles Henry .... 11,507 Brindle, Thomas 10,242 Roberts, James 9,644 Campbell, Daniel Wallace 1,925 Informal 541 Mr. D. W. Campbell, who stood as an independent, forfeits his deposit.
All the city representatives were members of the Citizens ticket.
