SENIOR RUGBY EVENTS

The Wellington senior Rugby championship is developing along interesting lines, and it is becoming "increasingly apparent that those teams so far undefeated will have to meet some exceptionally strong challenges before the first round is over. Marist Bros. Old Boys, always to be reckoned with as a side likely to upset calculations, are to try conclusions at Athletic Park tomorrow with the undefeated Wellington side, and this event promises to be the best to date at headquarters this season. Both teams are keen to show their paces, and there should be plenty of sparkle also in the earlymatch in which the Poneke and University seniors will be the participants. Form in both matches will be closely studied in view of coming representative matches.
