MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Alexander Peters, a labourer, aged 34 vas convicted and fined £2 when he appeared before Mr. J. L. Stoul. S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today charged with using obscene language Hv was convicted and discharged for drunkenness.
Walter Alexander McKnight, aged 24, was fined £2 for using indecent language.
Halsey William Campbell, aged 20. Vvho pleaded guilty to stealing a motorcycle battery and tool kit, was placed on probation for. twelve months.
Alfred Edward Hill, a railway porter, who pleaded guilty lo stealing a bicycle dynamo lamp and fittings, was convicted and placed on probation foxtwelve months.
