l New Zealand's overseas trade for „ 12 months ended March 31, 1941, shows a handsome credit balance f of over £23,250,000, as represented by excess of exports over imports. Imports 5 for the month totalled £3,934.000, 1 against £2,728,000 in March, 1940, an increase of £1.206,000. For the month r there was an excess of exports over imports of £2,474,000, compared with a similar excess of £4.537,000 in March, ' 1940, and £3,327,000 for March, 1939. [ , i j
