WEDDINGS

ANDERSON—CAMPBELL.

The marriage was solemnised recently at the Congregational Church, Cambridge Terrace, of Edna Margaret, youngest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. R. Campbell, Mosgiel, to Stuart McCaull, only son of Mrs. and the late Mr. R. Anderson, Kilbirnie. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. Hoskin, and during the signing of the register Mr. G. Nichol sang "God Bless This House."

the bride, whp was escorted by Mr. J. Taylor, wore a beautiful gown of parchment satin with pin-tucked bodice and train. Her golden embroidered veil was completed by a halo ct gold sequins and she carried a sheat of deep cream gladioli and chrysanthemums. The matron of honour, Mrs. E Puddell, and the bridesmaid, Miss Joyce Andrew Roxburgh, niece of the bride, both wore gowns of clover taffeta with Dolly Varden hats and bouquets to tone.

Messrs. William and James Campbell, brothers of the bride, were best man and groomsman respectively, and Messrs. W. Scott and K. S. Lakes were ushers. ,

The reception was held at the Orange -Hall, Daniel! Street, where the mother of the bridegroom and Miss Rae Campbell (sister of the bride) were hostesses. -

Later the bridal couple left by plane for the south.
